The IT Firm launched their new website and state of the art Advanced Service Desk and Ticketing system this weekend.  New Support calls can now be logged on the Advanced Service Desk Portal or  by simply e-mailing the support mailbox.  In addition to logging new calls, all logged calls can be monitored and tracked by our clients.  As progess is made on the support call you will be updated every step of the way – It’s like having a birds eye view of your support request as our minions work on getting it resolved.
